So, I still haven't located my camera cord. I confess instead of looking for it, I went to the library and got out these two books (Mid-Century Modern by Bradley Quinn and 200 Crochet blocks for blankets, throws and afghans by Jan Eaton). I can't wait to have a lovely long look at them. You can buy them here and here.
Is anyone watching Glee? I am. I loved the line from Finn about the library, which went something along the lines of "did you know you can get books out of the library, I mean for free" I forget this wonderful fact sometimes, go libraries!

loved your post about mix tapes of music! my brothers were very good at this and i was introduced to so much great music due to their eclectic tastes =-)
also love your reminder that you can get great books at libraries for FREE! i really must get back to my local library - thanks for sending out some "library love"!
We are veritable library addicts in our house - Good choice of books - that Mid century Modern book looks like something I would salivate over!!
