Frocktober

Lotta Jansdotter Simple Sewing for Baby, originally uploaded by the workroom.
Don't get me wrong, I looooove love love my little boy.
But. Little girls dresses are so lovely. I feel my 2 options* are:
A: dress him in a frock anyway.
B: have more babies until I have a little girl.

In my current and seemingly endless lust for books, I trundled along to Fullers and purchased Simple sewing for Baby by Lotta Jansdotter. Absolute joy, it is filled with wonderful projects that aren't too big to tackle. Below is pictured 'Simple Dress', it's cute and has a little pocket.
*ps. I like option B

I'd opt for dressing Little R in dresses. I know of two women who kept having babies in hope of having a girl...both now have 5 boys!

I know what Rosie's saying but I love option B anyway :)

I need to get me a copy of that book!! Simple Dress is gorgeous!

I'd opt for option B too. Oh, I already have a little girl. Oh, well, I can still have another one, can't I? ;-) 5 boys sounds a bit scary though....

Thanks for all the lovely comments! 5 little boys sounds cute, but then I guess they become teenagers, imagine the food they'd go through! eek!

I'm the opposite. I have 3 girls and wouldn't mind a little boy that wears spiderman outfits and loves tractors.
